We operate in a matrix structure, with several dedicated teams for each client.
We live in different countries and work fully remotely.

CHALLENGES WE FACE

• Building and scaling a high-load billing platform and crypto-fiat payment processing system

• Launching digital banking products and electronic payment systems

OUR TECH STACK

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project onboarding and production launch: infrastructure deployment, code and documentation audit

• Leading a team of Python developers and managing development processes

• Leading a DevOps team

• Architectural design and technical leadership

• Code quality control, managing technical debt, and overseeing architectural decisions

• Implementing development best practices, code reviews, and process optimization

• Implementing testing, release, and code monitoring best practices

• Optimizing performance, fault tolerance, and security

• Setting up API integrations with external systems

• Finding technological solutions to automate processes

• Strict timeline control: ensuring realistic estimations, avoiding inflated expectations or excessive leniency

• Acting in the interest of the business – balancing team needs with business goals

• Managing priorities in close collaboration with the product team

• Developing the team's technical culture, mentoring, and supporting professional growth

WHO YOU ARE

• Lead back-end developer with strong knowledge of Python and web application architecture

• 3+ years of experience as a team lead or lead developer

• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL storages (MongoDB, Redis)

• Deep understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD processes, and hands-on experience with Docker/Kubernetes

• Experience working with high-load systems

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams

• A manager, not just a senior developer – able to keep the team on track and deliver results

• Responsible for deadlines and quality – able to filter over- and underestimations, and keep delivery timelines under control

• Experience in fintech, crypto, or e-commerce

• Experience with microservice architecture
